Can't open a link to an article that you emailed from a database.

Some databases such as Hoovers Premium and Literature Criticism Online do not allow you to email full text documents. Instead, when you choose the database's email option, the database sends you a link to the document. Usually, these links will only work if you are currently logged in to the database. To access the document, complete the following steps:

  1. Log into LINCCWeb.
  2. Using the same browser window, log into your email account.
  3. Open the message containing the link in your email inbox.
  4. Click on the link in the email message to access the article.

If these steps do not work, contact the reference desk at 352-395-5409 or for assistance.
